The site had belonged to the Major Sacristy of the Cathedral. On June 2, it belonged to the Jew Vidal. It seems that on August 31, 1245 the paborde of the Cathedral, Pere de Pedrinyà, sold the land to a group of 11 Jews. The plot went from Pia Almoina to La Pabordia,
